Meat Grinders:
Maverick MM1886
Meat and Food Grinder
The Maverick MM1886 Meat and Food Grinder is a reasonably priced grinder for home use. (Its high efficiency 180-watt motor can grind over 23 pounds of meat in only 10 minutes!) This machine will grind game or domestic meat, vegetables, cheese, and nuts.

When you grind your own food, you choose the ingredients. For example, if you want to make hamburger (or ground chicken, turkey, pork, or other meat), you choose the fat ratio! That's especially important for someone on a nutritional plan or health-related diet prescribed by his or her medical provider.

Benefits include:

Small Footprint: 13.5"H x 8.6"D x 7"W

Easy-to-handle, yet sturdy size: 7.4 lb.

Overload Protection: Maverick food and meat grinders have shear inserts to protect the motor from damage in case of obstruction by bone, etc. In other words, if you miss a bone and accidentally feed it into the grinder, it won't mean the end of your grinder.

Additional information is available on this meat grinders page. (You'll need to scroll down the page to get to the Maverick MM1886 Meat and Food Grinder description and pricing.)
