Apple-Mint Tea

A refreshing way to have an entire fruit drink for a "cost" of only one fruit exchange!

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
1 peppermint tea bag
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice

In a ceramic or glass container, pour boiling water over the tea bag; cover and allow to steep for five minutes. Remove tea bag and mix in the apple juice. Either serve warm or pour apple-tea blend over ice to serve chilled.
